Tim Corthorn is a Relationship Director of Real Estate Finance. He has 20 years experience in Real Estate and looks after a mix of commercial and residential developer and investor clients operating in the East Midlands.
Scott works as an Associate Director in the business space department of Innes England in their Nottingham office. Offering over 10 years commercial property knowledge Scott now predominately deals with industrial property and commercial investment transactions throughout the region. Peter Conboy is a Project Director for igloo with responsibility for a number of residential developments being undertaken by the Blueprint development vehicle including the new 400 home, sustainable residential neighbourhood at Trent Basin and the 150 home low-energy housing schemes in Nottingham’s Meadows. Trent Basin is a multi-phase Trent-side scheme, supported by the first of its kind Community Energy scheme. The Meadows scheme included one of the largest passively designed Association of Environment Conscious Building (AECB) silver standard projects in the UK. For the wider igloo group, Peter is involved in developing Igloo’s housing product supply chains.
Peter has over 30 years’ experience in property development, regeneration, asset management and funding and has previously worked for project finance and regeneration specialists Abros (now Navigant), Leicester Regeneration Company (a URC), Manchester Airport plc and in the Republic of Ireland with Shannon Development.
Peter has 27 years full membership of the RICS, has previously been a Professional Competence Assessor for the RICS in Property Investment and Planning and Development and is a graduate of the Investment Property Forums advanced education programme.
Nick Grace is a well-known Chartered Town Planner (MRTPI) with over 22 years planning experience based in the Lace Market, Nottingham.
Having worked for a Local Authority in Surrey and then in London’s West End for Drivers Jonas, Nick moved to Nottingham and worked for Savills heading the Planning Team and leaving as a Director in 2012 to set up GraceMachin Planning & Property.

During my 16 years’ experience in the construction industry, I’ve developed wide ranging skills in business development, marketing, practice management, bid strategy & management, client liaison and event organisation. My primary role at Pulse Consult is to raise our profile, build new relationships and assist in the continued growth strategy for the company.
I also hold positions in various property and construction networking groups including Chairman for the East Midlands Forum for the Built Environment and Board member for Nottingham Hot Property.
Outside of work, I teach belly dance in Nottingham and perform in the East Midlands with my troupe.

I manage the business development across all four offices of BSP Consulting – in Nottingham, Derby, Leicester and Sheffield. I attend monthly management meetings and regular marketing meetings. I get involved in organising and helping to host various construction networking events and help out with administering our social networking and website updates. I hold regular B2B meetings and have a wealth of market intelligence to share amongst my connections. Andrew is a Chartered surveyor with 30 Year’s experience in Commercial Property. Originally from an Agency Background with a specialism in Retail and Investment, he is joint founder and owner of Saxondale Properties, a Commercial Development Company, who are active throughout the Midlands and have been involved with the development of property in a number of sectors, including Retail, Local Centres, Medical Surgeries, Trade Warehouses, Industrial and Budget Hotels, having been involved with the development of Hotels in Loughborough and Leek.
He also has considerable experience in dealing with development on contaminated land, having previously worked closely with one of the large Petrochemical Companies. He is also active in the Property Investment market.
