The team took a proactive approach in establishing the ng2 brand as a symbol of innovation and sophistication within the business park landscape. Leveraging our expertise in development, feasibility studies, and disposal activities, ng2 set records for the highest rent and freehold prices achieved in the market. Notably, we facilitated the pre-letting of 110,000 square feet of office space and subsequently managed the disposal of investments to institutional investors. The park's allure has attracted prestigious occupiers such as Experian, Speedo, Specsavers, and even the Bank of England, solidifying its reputation as a premier business destination.

Tasked with addressing dilapidation issues, managing ongoing property needs, and facilitating the property's sale, Innes England orchestrated a seamless integration of services. Our approach led to a positive outcome in negotiations, effective property management, and successful marketing efforts, positioning the property competitively in the market while maintaining its historic integrity. Acquisition of off-market investment for owner occupier following market knowledge

On behalf of Henton & Chattell, Innes England were tasked with searching for and acquiring additional premises after a prolonged period of unsuccessful attempts. We identified a promising opportunity at Abbeyfield Road, Nottingham, which had recently entered the investment market. The property consisted of two office spaces and an industrial unit, with the latter spanning approximately 40,000 sq ft, aligning well with our client's requirements. Through confidential channels, we learned that the industrial occupier was keen to vacate the premises.

Through negotiations with both the vendor and tenant, Innes England successfully facilitated a deal for the sale of the property with vacant possession. Our Building Consultancy team played a crucial role by providing valuable advice on potential dilapidations claims, ensuring that the premises were presented in optimal condition at the time of sale. This meticulous attention to detail contributed to a successful transaction for our client.
