REFORM was established by experienced architects Jamie King and Mark Willmott in July 2021 to focus on producing high quality, design-led Architecture, Interiors and, somewhat unusually, our own in house Property Development projects.

We love to get involved in the “nitty gritty” of all things building related and, to complete our vision of providing a one-stop-shop service, we have also recently formed a new company, Reform Design and Construction Ltd. This new company, formed with our brilliant new construction specialist colleague Will Ryley, enables us to carry out building projects too when it suits a given project. We can do this either in-house on our own developments or when working alongside our growing client base.

In all cases, our projects benefit from our many years of hard won commercial experience, often acting as developers ourselves – we feel this is a key differentiator for us.

Self-confessed architectural geeks, Jamie and Mark have amassed a huge range of architectural experience between them across numerous industry sectors, and especially in the world of residential design in all its forms. We are at our happiest when wrestling with a tricky design problem in our St Mary’s Gate studio and can’t help obsessing over the detail – we always like to go the extra mile to make sure our work is of the highest quality.

We really enjoy working closely with our clients to take our projects from first sketch right through construction to handover and beyond. We are a RIBA Chartered Practice and whether we are acting for ourselves, our partners, or for our clients in the traditional way, the decades of architectural experience within our rapidly growing team allows us to rapidly spot ways to unlock a given project and to find the best overall solution.

We always aim to fuse together architecture with interior design whenever we can – to our way of thinking they are one and the same thing anyway!

We aim to produce carefully crafted interiors that are simple, elegant and timeless. Our interior design studio is friendly, approachable and committed to achieving design excellence and intelligent solutions in every project that we undertake. We work across many sectors including private residential, commercial, education, and hospitality.

As ‘part architects and part developers’ we find that we can offer a broad range of experience and expertise in designing great buildings and interiors that are still commercially sensible. We enjoy helping our clients navigate the often bewildering mazes of planning, design, building regulations, cost and construction and all under a single Reform ‘umbrella’. We have a proven track record throughout the UK in delivering successful projects, both as architects / interior designers and developers.
