We thought it worth reminding you of the details:

• Date: Wednesday 20 July
• Venue: Trent Bridge Cricket Ground, West Bridgford, Nottingham NG2 6AG. Once in the ground please make your way to the Derek Randall Suite in the Hound Road Stand
• Time: 8.00am arrival and breakfast. 8.30am start to presentations. Close by 10.30am
• Parking: There is limited parking at the venue but if you do want to try please use the Dixon Gate or the Harry Dalling Gate. Alternatively at that time in the morning there should be on road parking available
